2. Delivery Charges & Service Availability

Delivery charges range from 20 to 50 AED, depending on your location.

Services are subject to therapist availability in your area.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings if the location is outside our serviceable area.

Clients will be informed in advance if their location falls outside our coverage.
3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person at our salon.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your appointment in advance.

Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for a seamless check-in process.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-shows) may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service fee.

Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds but will be credited to your account for future use.
