    We are committed to providing a luxurious and professional grooming experience, ensuring the highest standards of service and hygiene. Please take a moment to carefully read through our Terms & Conditions to understand your rights and responsibilities when engaging with SPATILUXE.

    2. Delivery Charges & Service Availability

    • Delivery charges range from 20 to 50 AED, depending on your location.
    • Services are subject to therapist availability in your area.
    • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings if the location is outside our serviceable area.
    • Clients will be informed in advance if their location falls outside our coverage.

    3. Appointments & Cancellations

    • Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person at our salon.
    • To ensure availability, we recommend booking your appointment in advance.
    • Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for a seamless check-in process.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
    • Late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-shows) may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service fee.
    • Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds but will be credited to your account for future use.
    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, we request that clients communicate any changes as early as possible to accommodate other customers effectively.

    4. Payment & Pricing

    • Service prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.
    • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or secure online payment methods.
    • A deposit may be required for certain high-value services, packages, or group bookings.
